The mechanisms of data functioning as a strategic resource of the platform economy are studied through the prism of intangible asset theory and the concept of network effects. The formation of a cumulative value creation cycle is substantiated, in which algorithmic information processing stimulates user base growth and strengthens the market position of platforms. The risks of monopolisation of the digital environment due to the emergence of the ‘lockin effect’ and the creation of ecosystem barriers to data access are identified. A transition to interoperability and open data models is proposed as tools for ensuring competition and supporting innovative dynamics.; Досліджено механізми функціонування даних як стратегічного ресурсу платформної економіки крізь призму теорії нематеріальних активів та концепції мережевих ефектів. Обґрунтовано формування кумулятивного циклу створення вартості, у якому алгоритмічна обробка інформації стимулює зростання користувацької бази та зміцнює ринкові позиції платформ. Виявлено ризики монополізації цифрового середовища через виникнення «ефекту замикання» та вибудову екосистемних бар’єрів доступу до даних. Запропоновано перехід до моделей інтероперабельності та відкритих даних як інструментів забезпечення конкуренції та підтримки інноваційної динаміки.

Визначенню особливості і підходи до управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємств у сучасних умовах, узагальнено проблеми управління фінансовими ресурсами в процесі виробничо-господарської діяльності підприємства. Визначено, що фінанси підприємств відіграють значну роль у структурі фінансових відносин суспільства.
