У статті проаналізовано стратегії комунікації з мовними моделями на основі штучного інтелекту. Актуальність теми повʼязана з науковою й дидактичною проблемою: як забезпечити керовану стратегію комунікації з мовними моделями ШІ в навчальному процесі, що підтримує й розвиває когнітивні навички здобувача освіти, а в майбутньому збереже активну роль фахівця на ключових етапах ухвалення рішень. Метою дослідження є визначення оптимальних стратегій та правил комунікації з мовними моделями на основі штучного інтелекту для отримання найбільш якісних результатів у процесі навчання, а також перевірка впливу запитів на точність та релевантність згенерованих відповідей. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо вибору тактики спілкування, які дають змогу трансформувати використання мовних моделей ШІ у повноцінну інтелектуальну діяльність, яка зберігає розумову активність здобувача освіти, сприяє формуванню комунікативної компетентности й дотриманню принципів академічної доброчесности. Ефективними для навчального процесу визначено стратегії ланцюгового та ітераційного запитів, метод одинарного та кількаразового запитів, що також є результативними для навчання української мови. Зроблено висновок, що оптимізація налаштувань персоналізації чатботів забезпечує суттєве підвищення точности та релевантности відповідей, а чіткі запити-інструкції, вибір професійного стилю та зазначення користувацьких параметрів формують принципово якісніші відповіді, придатні для застосування в освітньому середовищі.Результати, згенеровані українською мовою, потребують особливої уваги, для їхньої перевірки варто послуговуватися відповідними словниками й оновленою редакцією українського правопису 2019 року. Запропонований обґрунтований підхід до комунікації з мовними моделями на основі штучного інтелекту з наданням чітких промптів, спеціальних інструкцій у контексті викладання мови буде корисним науковцям та методистам – для створення методичних розробок, рекомендацій щодо використання інструментів ШІ в освіті. Перспективним напрямом подальшого дослідження вбачаємо напрацювання бази промптів для самостійної роботи здобувача освіти під час вивчення мови та ґрунтовний аналіз їхньої ефективності.; The article analyzes communication strategies for interacting with artificial-intelligence-based language models. The relevance of the topic stems a scientific and didactic problem: how to ensure a controllable communication strategy with AI language models in educational settings that supports and develops learners` cognitive skills and, in the long term, preserves the active role of a specialist in key stages of reasoning processes. The aim of the study is to identify optimal strategies and rules for communicating with artificial-intelligence-based language models in order to obtain the highest-quality responses in the educational process, as well as to examine how user prompts influence the accuracy and relevance of generated outputs. Another important task is to develop clear guidelines that help learners acquire the ability to formulate precise, structured prompts and effective communication strategies for working with language models. The article proposes recommendations for choosing communication tactics that transform the use of AI language models into a fully fledged intellectual activity that preserves learners` cognitive engagement, fosters the development of language competence, and supports adherence to the principles of academic integrity. Chain-of-thought and iterative prompting strategies, as well as single- and multi-step prompting methods, are identified as effective for the learning process, including for Ukrainian-language instruction. The study concludes that optimizing chatbot personalization settings significantly improves the accuracy and relevance of responses, while precise instruction-based prompts, the use of a professional style, and the specification of user parameters lead to substantially higher-quality outputs suitable for educational use. Outputs generated in Ukrainian require particular attention, and their verification should rely on authoritative dictionaries and the d 2019 edition of Ukrainian orthography. A well-substantiated approach to communication with artificial-intelligence-based language models, supported by clear prompts and specialized instructions in the context of language teaching and learning, will be useful for researchers and methodologists in preparing methodological materials and recommendations on the use of AI tools in education. A promising direction for further research is the development of a prompt repository for learners` independent work in language study and a comprehensive evaluation of its effectiveness.

Artificial intelligence in the financial sector of Ukraine: a driver of development and a factor of modernization Zianko, V.; Nechyporenko, Т.; Зянько, В. В.; Нечипоренко, Т. Д. It has been studied that the trigger of the transformation of the financial sector of Ukraine and its dynamic digitalization is artificial intelligence (AI), which plays the role of a driver of development and acts as a factor of modernization. It was established that innovations with the help of AI in the financial sector consist in the system's ability to automate data processing and calculations, which leads to acceleration, increased efficiency and expansion of financial operations. It has been established that AI can analyze large volumes of financial data, identify complex dependencies and forecast trends, facilitating strategic decision-making and management. It is noted that the use of AI in the financial sector of Ukraine allows to increase the precision of financial analysis and optimize a wide range of routine operations, which significantly reduces the time and resources of companies due to the automation of tasks, contributes to increasing the reliability of investment decisions and the efficiency of financial processes, identifying anomalies and patterns in financial data, as well as improving the cyber security system to protect against fraud and abuse. The advantages are outlined and certain shortcomings and risks that prevent the spread and use of AI in the financial sector of Ukraine are highlighted. This concerns, first of all, issues of ethics, transparency, unfair or discriminatory use of AI, as well as issues of confidentiality and protection of personal data. It was found that AI has limited capabilities in working with unstructured data and cannot always capture human emotions and context. It found that AI, despite its limitations in understanding context, is a powerful tool for Ukraine's financial sector, helping to increase the sector's competitiveness and efficiency by accelerating customer service, improving risk management and accurately forecasting economic trends.; Досліджено, що тригером трансформації фінансового сектору України та його динамічної цифровізації є штучний інтелект (ШІ), який відіграє роль драйвера розвитку та виступає фактором модернізації. Встановлено, що інновації за допомогою ШІ у фінансовому секторі полягають у здатності системи автоматизувати обробку даних і розрахунки, що призводить до прискорення, підвищення ефективності та розширення фінансових операцій. Встановлено, що ШІ може аналізувати великі обсяги фінансових даних, виявляти складні залежності та прогнозувати тенденції, сприяючи прийняттю стратегічних рішень та управлінню. Зазначається, що використання ШІ у фінансовому секторі України дозволяє підвищити точність фінансового аналізу та оптимізувати широкий спектр рутинних операцій, що значно скорочує час та ресурси компаній за рахунок автоматизації завдань, сприяє збільшенню надійність інвестиційних рішень та ефективність фінансових процесів, виявлення аномалій і закономірностей у фінансових даних, а також вдосконалення системи кібербезпеки для захисту від шахрайства та зловживань. Окреслено переваги та виділено певні недоліки та ризики, які перешкоджають поширенню та використанню ШІ у фінансовому секторі України. Це стосується, насамперед, питань етики, прозорості, недобросовісного чи дискримінаційного використання ШІ, а також питань конфіденційності та захисту персональних даних. Виявилося, що ШІ має обмежені можливості в роботі з неструктурованими даними і не завжди може вловити людські емоції та контекст. Було виявлено, що штучний інтелект, незважаючи на його обмеження в розумінні контексту, є потужним інструментом для фінансового сектору України, який допомагає підвищити конкурентоспроможність та ефективність сектору шляхом прискорення обслуговування клієнтів, покращення управління ризиками та точного прогнозування економічних тенденцій.

В статті досліджуються актуальні тенденції розподілу доходів населення України за умов ризиків воєнного стану. Стаття включає аналіз останніх досліджень та публікацій з проблематики, а також розглядає практичні аспекти аналізу розподілу доходів за ключовими показниками: індексом Джині та кривою Лоренца. Метою статті є обґрунтування актуальних тенденцій формування доходів населення в Україні в умовах протидії ризикам воєнного часу. У статті досліджено історичні аспекти формування доходів населення представниками різних наукових шкіл, а також проаналізовані статистичні дані щодо сукупних ресурсів домогосподарств України, диференціації рівня життя населення та його розподілу за рівнем середньодушового доходу. В статті наведена аналітика стосовно існуючих параметрів доходів населення за умов запровадження воєнного стану в Україні. Загалом, реальна ситуація з економічною нерівністю і бідністю в Україні вимагає від уряду рішучих дій – від перегляду соціальних гарантій держави до реформ в сфері охорони праці, заохочення до перекваліфікації, освоєння інноваційних (цифрових) продуктів, комплексних заходів в сфері освіти, медицини, охорони здоров’я тощо.; The article examines current trends in the distribution of incomes of the Ukraine’s population under the conditions of the risks of martial law. The article includes an analysis of the latest research and publications on the issue, and also considers the practical aspects of the analysis of income distribution by key indicators: Gini index and Lorenz curve. The purpose of the article is to justify the current trends in the formation of the population's income in Ukraine in the conditions of combating the risks of wartime. The article examines the historical aspects of population income formation by representatives of various scientific schools, as well as analyzed statistical data on the aggregate resources of Ukrainian households, the differentiation of the population’s standard of living and its distribution by the level of average per capita income. The article provides an analysis of the existing parameters of the population’s income under the conditions of the introduction of martial law in Ukraine. In general, the real situation with economic inequality and poverty in Ukraine requires decisive actions from the government – from revising state social guarantees to reforms in the field of labor protection, encouraging retraining, mastering innovative (digital) products, comprehensive measures in the field of education, medicine, health care etc.

Проблематика забезпечення високого рівня конкурентоспроможності економіки на регіональному рівні стає все більш актуальною серед сучасних вчених, адже регіони виступають повноправними учасниками конкурентних відносин та здійснюють безпосередній вплив на національну конкурентоспроможність. Регіональний розвиток виступає важливим чинником формування конкурентоспроможної економіки регіону та потребує додаткового дослідження. Регіональний розвиток передбачає якісні зміни в економіці регіону та структурі господарства та повинен опиратися на інтереси регіону. Стаття присвячена визначенню особливостей регіонального розвитку як чиннику конкурентоспроможності економіки регіону. Автором подано теоретичне обґрунтування сутності таких економічних категорій як: економіка регіону, регіональний розвиток, конкурентні переваги економіки регіону, конкурентоспроможність економіки регіону. Представлено групування чинників регіонального розвитку на економічні, соціальні, екологічні та інституціональні, а також обґрунтовано їх вплив на конкурентоспроможність економіки регіону. З’ясовано, що основним параметром, який визначає регіональний розвиток і конкурентоспроможність регіональних економік, є рівень життя населення відповідних регіонів. Продемонстровано взаємозв’язок між факторами регіонального розвитку, конкурентними перевагами та конкурентоспроможністю регіональної економіки. Проаналізовано основні напрямки регіонального розвитку для підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності економіки регіону. Поглиблене вивчення регіонального розвитку дасть змогу сформувати висококонкурентну економіку регіону.; The question of the formation of a competitive economy at the regional level is relevant and arouses great interest among modern scientists, especially in light of the processes of decentralization and globalization, when individual regions are the main participants in competitive relations. The article is devoted to determining the features of regional development as a factor in the competitiveness of the region's economy. The grouping of factors of regional development into economic, social, ecological and institutional factors is presented. The regions face the issue of ensuring a high level of development and forming the desired level of competitiveness. Regional development reflects the state of the region's economy, has a direct impact on its ability to participate in competition and, as a result, affects competitiveness. The economy of the region is considered as a part of the national economic complex of the country, which functions on the basis of microeconomic relations. Regional development is considered as such a state of the economic system of the region, which ensures the formation of a high standard of living of the population on the basis of balanced and sustainable reproduction of the potential of the region (resource, ecological, social, production, financial, scientific). The factors of regional development can be considered as competitive advantages of the region's economy. In the process of forming a competitive economy of the region, the highly competitive economy of the region is able to ensure the stability of regional development, which is characterized by the growth of the economy in conditions of limited resources, instability of the external and internal environment, and the influence of destabilizing factors. As a result of the study, the relationship between regional development and the competitiveness of the region's economy was revealed. It should be noted that most of the factors of regional development act as factors in the formation of a competitive economy of the region. In the process of ensuring the desired level of competitiveness of the regional economy, it is necessary to take into account the economic, ecological, social and institutional aspects of regional development.
