A study of changes in the technical condition of electrical installations during operation has been conducted. It has been shown that it is possible to distinguish such a set of indicators (parameters of the technical condition of structural elements or diagnostic) that can change during operation and significantly affect the operability of the object. To detect damage at an early stage of its development, methods and means are used that provide a high level of sensitivity to changes in the technical condition of the element (object of diagnosis). For complex systems, the cost of such means may exceed the economic effect of diagnostics, therefore studies are being conducted to reduce the number of controlled indicators. In addition, a large number of indicators leads to the processing of significant amounts of information, which is not always justified. The paper proposes a methodology for determining the impact of changes in the technical condition of each parameter on the operability of the object and an informational assessment of the selected set of indicators. It is shown that by assessing the amount of information carried by each indicator, it is possible to determine the probability of a correct assessment of the actual technical condition of the object, which can be obtained when performing the selected inspection. Determining the probability requires taking into account two factors: the weighting characteristic of each indicator and the technical characteristic of the object. Knowing the probability of a correct assessment of the actual condition of the object, it is possible to determine the degree of uncertainty of the object's condition, which remains when controlling a limited number of indicators. It is also possible to determine the information about the actual condition of the object, which we will obtain when performing an inspection or a set of inspections, and calculate it. The paper considers an example of information assessment; Проведено дослідження зміни технічного стану електроустановок в процесі експлуатації. Показано, що можна виділити таку сукупність показників (параметри технічного стану конструктивних елементів або діагностичні)які можуть змінюватись в процесі експлуатації та суттєво впливати на робото здатність об’єкта. Для виявлення пошкодження на ранній стадії його розвитку, застосовують методи та засоби, які забезпечують високий рівень чутливості до зміни технічного стану елемента. Для складних систем вартість таких засобів може перевищувати економічний ефект від діагностування, тому намагаються зменшити кількість контрольованих показників. В роботі запропоновано методика визначення впливу зміни технічного стану кожного параметра на робото здатність об’єкта і інформаційне оцінювання вибраної сукупності показників.

Складська логістика україни під час війни: проблеми та інноваційні рішення Боковець, В. В.; Безсмертна, О. В.; Шварц, І. В.; Bokovets, Viktoriia; Bezsmertna, Oksana; Shvarts, Iryna The article analyzes the changes that took place in the field of warehouse logistics in Ukraine during the war. In particular, the scale of the destruction of warehouses in different regions, changes in production volumes and turnover, the impact of fuel price increases and the shortage of logistics personnel are described. The necessity and specifics of the innovative restructuring of the country's warehouse logistics are substantiated. The study showed that since the beginning of the war, the warehouse and logistics infrastructure of Ukraine suffered significant losses. About 20% of warehouse space was destroyed. This caused a reorientation of logistics to the western regions, which raised demand and rental rates for warehouses. Destroyed warehouses that served large companies caused critical difficulties in the distribution of goods and redirected logistics flows to the west of the country. It was revealed that at the same time there was another shortage - personnel. The departure of workers abroad and mobilization led to a shortage of drivers and warehouse operators, which complicates the storage and transportation of goods. The shortage of drivers in the field of logistics has reached 25%. The war also caused a fuel supply crisis, which made it difficult to deliver humanitarian and other goods. Investing in mobility and automation of warehouse logistics is relevant for solving the problems. The government and partners are already discussing the creation of modern logistics hubs and industrial parks that will meet international standards.; У статті розглянуто та проаналізовано зміни, які сталися в сфері складської логістики України під час війни. Окреслено масштаби руйнувань складів в окремих регіонах, зміни в обсягах виробництва та товароруху, наслідки подорожчання палива та нестачі кадрів. Обґрунтовано висновки про необхідність та особливості інноваційної перебудови складської логістики в Україні.

This conflict creates a range of difficulties and constraints for the development of the innovation-investment sphere, but simultaneously reinforces the need for strategic decisions to overcome these challenges.One of the primary impacts of war on innovation-investment activity is economic difficulties. The military conflict has led to economic losses, destruction of infrastructure, and requires significant financial expenditures to support military operations. This leads to limitations on resources that can be invested in innovation and development.The presence of a military conflict complicates the task of attracting international investments. Investors, assessing risks, may be inclined to refrain from large investments in a country at war. Under these conditions, it is crucial to implement effective strategies for international partnership and communication to reduce the negative impact of the conflict on the investment climate.Simultaneously, a military conflict can stimulate the development of technologies to address wartime challenges. Nowadays globalization is defined as the irreversible growth of interdependence of countries in various aspects, including the economic sphere. In this context, it is important to consider globalization as a key factor in the development of the international financial system. Various aspects of this phenomenon and its impact on global financial processes were examined in this article. The fact that globalization contributes to the increase in the volume of international financial transactions, and it was reflected in the growth of international investments was well-founded. This increase in financial flows contributes to the development of countries that attract investment and helps to expand opportunities for doing business. With the help of global financial markets, companies gain access to additional capital and can manage their finances more effectively. The relationship between the growth of world trade in goods and the growth of GDP has been revealed. It was determined that globalization creates new challenges for the international financial system. In particular, the expansion of international financial operations creates new risks, such as financial instability and volatility of exchange rates: the negative consequences of financial crises, which necessitates the development and improvement of the system of international financial regulation and focuses attention on the need to strengthen international cooperation in this area. A number of direct and indirect channels of international financial integration that contribute to the sustainable economic growth of countries were outlined. It creates new opportunities for the development and innovation, but also makes challenges and require attention and effective management of international organizations and governments.; У наш час глобалізацію визначають як незворотне зростання взаємозалежності країн у різних аспектах, у тому числі в економічній сфері. У цьому контексті важливо розглядати глобалізацію як ключовий фактор розвитку міжнародної фінансової системи. У статті розглянуто різні аспекти цього явища та його вплив на світові фінансові процеси. Той факт, що глобалізація сприяє збільшенню обсягів міжнародних фінансових операцій, і це відбилося на зростанні міжнародних інвестицій, був цілком обґрунтованим. Таке збільшення фінансових потоків сприяє розвитку країн, що залучають інвестиції, і сприяє розширенню можливостей для ведення бізнесу. За допомогою глобальних фінансових ринків компанії отримують доступ до додаткового капіталу та можуть ефективніше управляти своїми фінансами.
