The article presents a philosophical view on education and training in conditions of uncertainty. It covers the issues of educating modern youth in terms of communication technologies and mass media development, new challenges influencing spiritual life of people, the growth of opportunities approaching young people to the world culture. In our time, there is a gradual rethinking of moral principles in the direction of understanding the importance of humanistic universal values and accepting the absolute value of human life. It is the moral progress that is considered to be the main criterion for the development of human civilization. The immutable character of human individuality, freedom, and life is proved in the article. In the educational process, in the processof training young people, it is extremely necessary to pay attention to the ways of overcoming problems in the current difficult situation, to the identification of effective technologies and methods of educational work.; В статті представлено філософський погляд на освіту і виховання в умовах невизначеності. Піднімаються питання виховання сучасної молоді, впливу розвитку технічних засобів зв`язку, масової інформації, викликів нашого часу на духовне життя людей, зростання можливостей залучення їх до світової культури. В наш час відбувається поступове переосмислення моральних принципів у напрямку розуміння важливості гуманістичних загальнолюдських цінностей та визнання абсолюту цінності самого людського життя. Саме моральний прогрес є головним критерієм розвитку людської цивілізації, усвідомлюється неперехідний характер людської індивідуальності, свободи, життя. В освітньому процесі, у вихованні молоді вкрай необхідно звертати увагу на шляхи подолання проблем у нинішніх складних умовах, на виявлення ефективних технологій і методів виховної роботи.

This study examines the issue of uncertainty in scientific knowledge, emphasizing the importance of adaptive approaches that provide flexibility in response to rapid changes in the economy, society, and technology. It investigates two main types of uncertainty: epistemic uncertainty, which arises from a lack of knowledge, and aleatory uncertainty, which pertains to the variability of natural phenomena. The study also explores the role of theory in forming testable hypotheses that aid in structuring knowledge and developing new research strategies. Additionally, examples are provided of adaptive management strategies employed in the energy sector, demonstrating how companies respond to dynamic market changes and high levels of uncertainty by implementing the latest technologies and data analysis methods; У дослідженні розглянуто питання невизначеності в науковому пізнанні. Обґрунтовано важливість адаптивних підходів, які забезпечують гнучкість у відповідь на швидкі зміни в економіці, соціумі та технологіях. Досліджено два основних типи невизначеності: епістемічну, пов'язану з недостатністю знань, і алеаторну, що стосується варіативності природних явищ. Досліджено роль теорії у формуванні перевірюваних гіпотез, які допомагають у структуризації знань і розробці нових дослідницьких стратегій. Наведено приклади використання адаптивних стратегій управління в енергетичному секторі, що демонструють, як компанії реагують на динамічні зміни ринку та високу невизначеність, впроваджуючи новітні технології та методи аналізу даних.
