Методологія SMM-просування складних програмних продуктів та сайтів Кукель, Г. С.; Мазур, В. Г.; Kukel, H. S.; Mazur, V. H. The problem of achieving modern business goals at relatively low costs using SMM promotion of sites and brands in social networks is highlighted. A number of questions that need to be resolved are identified: are SMM promotion rules mandatory for each social network? What examples of successful cases will help to better understand the principles of operation of algorithms of popular social platforms? exactly can these cases be found? What budget should be provided for effective promotion in social networks? Given that one of the features of promotion in social networks is the variability of its algorithms: each change in the rules entails changes in the promotion strategy. Therefore, in order to achieve noticeable results in the field of SMM, it is necessary to constantly stay abreast of current trends. This indicates that the issue of thoroughly studying SMM promotion tools is urgent, and the need to improve the SMM promotion strategy is mandatory. Important stages of the process of forming an SMM promotion strategy are highlighted. The first of which is the definition of goals and objectives aimed at identifying, emphasizing and developing key advantages that will help promote a unique offer and convey it to the target audience. Next, an analysis of the media space of social networks is carried out. The next step is an analysis of users. Next, alternative promotion strategies are developed with an assessment of the most optimal option. This takes into account the format of the final product, the budget for the campaign implementation, the choice of the most suitable platform for the project and promotion methods. An important element is the formation of a content concept and the implementation of an SMM campaign with appropriate effectiveness control. The assessment is carried out according to KPI indicators related to interaction in social networks, Google Analytics analytics. All this is consistent with the goals set, and if necessary, the identified discrepancies are regulated. The author`s development consists in determining current trends in promotion in social networks, taking into account the variability of algorithms. It was determined that the effectiveness of website promotion in social media will be maximized if the SMM strategy is substantiated. The research results and recommendations for creating an SMM strategy can be used by marketers to increase the effectiveness of business promotion in social networks.; У роботі досліджується використання соціальних мереж як ефективного інструменту бізнесу, зокрема у процесі SMM-просування сайтів. Основними причинами активного переходу до онлайн-формату ведення бізнесу визначено зростання внутрішньогалузевої конкуренції та вплив мегатрендів, таких як інформатизація і підвищення індивідуалізації споживчих потреб. Розглянуто ключові фактори, що сприяють успішному просуванню медіаресурсів у соціальних мережах. Крім того, детально проаналізовано та визначено основні етапи створення стратегії SMM-просування сайтів, відповідно до сучасних тенденцій і вимог ринку.

Історичні особливості розвитку державної служби з позиції трансформації історичної думки Прицюк, Л. А.; Prytsiuk, L. The article delineates the principal attributes of state power characteristic of early civilization eras, highlighting the existence and roles of civil servants within the earliest states of the Ancient East. The study reveals that these civil servants were tasked with specific administrative, financial, security, and religious duties, indicating a structured and multifaceted approach to governance. It has been established that leaders of these early states approached the ion of civil servants with a high degree of responsibility, instituting various restrictions and eligibility criteria to ensure competent administration. Furthermore, the judicial power in these early states was under the direct control of the state leader, while the military service, also directly managed by the priest, pharaoh, or king, was primarily composed of individuals employed on a voluntary basis. This research also identifies the evolution of the civil service in the ancient states of Greece and Rome, democratic forms of governance were present at certain points in their history. This democratic aspect contributed to the further development and complexity of their civil service structures. During the formation of feudal relations in medieval European states, particularly within the Ukrainian territories, there was a significant development and complication in the structure of the bureaucratic apparatus. This was designed to enhance the centralized power of the ruler. The early feudal period also saw the establishment of control services, which were responsible for overseeing and regulating the financial activities of employees, reflecting an increasing sophistication in administrative practices. In the context of the Rus state, the formation and development of the civil service involved comprehensive financial and administrative reforms initiated by the rulers. These reforms played a crucial role in consolidating state power and governance. Additionally, the presence of a professional army was a defining feature of states during the formation of feudal relations, underscoring the importance of organized military forces in maintaining state stability and security. The study also notes that compensation for civil servants varied significantly across different periods and states, reflecting diverse approaches to public service remuneration. This historical overview underscores the evolving nature of civil service systems and their critical role in state formation and governance across different civilizations and historical periods.; У статті визначені основні риси державної влади, що притаманні раннім цивілізаційним епохам. З`ясовано, що перед чиновницьким апаратом висувалися конкретні завдання адміністративного, фінансового, безпекового та релігійного характеру. Встановлено, що до обрання на державні посади службовців керманичі ранніх історичних держав ставилися досить відповідально, встановлюючи для них певні обмеження і висуваючи низку критеріїв відповідності. Визначено, що судова влада знаходилась під безпосереднім управлінням керманича держави, а до військової служби, яка також безпосередньо управлялась жрецем/фараоном/царем, залучались особи за переважно на засадах вільного найму. З`ясовано, що подальший розвиток державна служба отримала у античних державах Греції і Риму. Встановлено, що у період становлення феодальних відносин в середньовічних державах Європи, зокрема й на українських землях, відбувався розвиток і ускладнення структури бюрократичного апарату. Досліджено, що у ранньофеодальний період почали створюватись контролюючі служби, які перевіряли і контролювали фінансову діяльність службовців.

This article examines the prospects of using the photoplethysmographic method to assess microcirculatory changes in peripheral blood circulation in the maxillofacial region to study the processes that occur when assessing the effectiveness of implant treatment. Studies have shown that the combined use of drugs with hepatoprotective (ursochol) and osteoinductive (osteogenon) effects contributes to improving blood supply to the jaw area and soft tissues, increasing the elasticity of blood vessel walls, erythrocyte elasticity, oxygen transport function of blood, activity of cell membranes, acceleration of tissue regeneration processes, reduction of lipid oxidation, normalization of blood rheological parameters, stimulation of ATP formation in mitochondria, which increases the bioenergetic potential of cells, which has a positive effect on dental implants by improving their engraftment and reducing the number of postoperative complications.
