The purpose of this study is to cary out a comprehensive analysis of the global determinants and transformational processes in the international competitive environment under the conditions of "Industry 4.0" and post–pandemic changes. The relevance of the topic is due to rapid changes in the global economy, intensifying global competition, the unprecedented dynamism of the modern business environment, the necessity to adapt business strategies to new market conditions, and the understanding of new forms of market landscapes. The research methodology includes a systematic approach to analyzing technological breakthrough, social transformations, economic changes, and environmental challenges based on data from international analytical agencies, research institutes, consulting companies, and industry associations, as well as predictive analysis of global trends and structural-functional representation of competitive processes. The study examines the impact of globalization, integration processes, mergers and acquisitions of companies, activities of transnational corporations, and market monopolization on the formation of the competitive environment. The research results reveal key transformations in the international competitive environment: digitalization of business processes, the formation of new consumption models, changes in the structure of global value chains, and the increasing role of innovative factors in competitive struggle. The interconnection between technological changes and the restructuring of global markets is established, determining the nature of the transformation of competitive relations in the digital economy, revealing the global scale of changes in the business environment, and outlining new forms of market landscapes. The practical value of the research lies in identifying prospects for competitive and organizational dynamics and formulating recommendations for adapting business strategies to new conditions of global competition, as well as determining promising directions for company development in the context of global transformations.; Сучасне бізнес–середовище характеризується безпрецедентною динамічністю та складністю конкурентних відносин. Стаття присвячена дослідженню ключових глобальних детермінант та визначенню основних трансформаційних процесів задля дослідження нових форм ландшафтів конкурентних ринків. Дослідження аналізує трансформацію конкурентних відносин в умовах цифрової економіки та глобальних змін бізнес–середовища. Проаналізовано такі ключові тригери, як: технологічні прориви, соціальні трансформації, економічні зміни та екологічні виклики на основі актуальних даних та досліджень провідних міжнародних аналітичних агенцій та організацій, дослідницьких інститутів, консалтингових та профільних компаній, галузевих асоціацій, розглянуто ключові фактори, що визначають характер сучасної конкуренції, а також наведено факти, тенденції, аналітичні прогнози. Виділено передумови, які впливають на поточне ринкове середовище та формують його: глобалізація, процеси інтеграції, злиття та поглинання компаній, вплив ТНК, монополізованість та концентрація ринків. The paper considers an approach to improving mechanisms for protecting corporate email from phishing attacks based on the use of machine learning methods and the SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication protocols. An analysis of modern threats associated with the spread of phishing messages, which are among the main causes of account compromise and leakage of confidential information in the corporate environment, is conducted. A model for detecting suspicious emails is proposed that combines the results of SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks with additional message characteristics, including header parameters, domain features and behavioral indicators of the sender. The use of machine learning algorithms makes it possible to automate message classification and increase the accuracy of phishing attack detection compared with traditional filtering methods. The expected result is a decrease in the number of successful phishing attacks, an increase in the level of information security of corporate email systems and an improvement in electronic correspondence monitoring processes.; У роботі розглядається підхід до вдосконалення механізмів захисту корпоративної електронної пошти від фішингових атак на основі використання методів машинного навчання та протоколів автентифікації SPF, DKIM і DMARC. Проведено аналіз сучасних загроз, пов’язаних із поширенням фішингових повідомлень, що становлять одну з основних причин компрометації облікових записів і витоку конфіденційної інформації в корпоративному середовищі. Запропоновано модель виявлення підозрілих електронних листів, яка поєднує результати перевірки SPF, DKIM і DMARC із додатковими характеристиками повідомлень, зокрема параметрами заголовків, доменними ознаками та поведінковими показниками відправника. Використання алгоритмів машинного навчання дозволяє автоматизувати процес класифікації повідомлень і підвищити точність виявлення фішингових атак порівняно з традиційними методами фільтрації. Обґрунтованим результатом є зниження кількості успішних фішингових атак, підвищення рівня інформаційної безпеки корпоративних поштових систем та вдосконалення процесів моніторингу електронної кореспонденції.
