In the vast majority of cases, new companies find it difficult to hire an experienced manager: the services of a decent specialist are not cheap, and it will be difficult for a foreigner to be entrusted to a foreigner at an early stage. Therefore, the project participants themselves are usually involved in the management.
The manager works with processes. The processes are an integral part of the projects.
The process can be one-time or continuous, but it is iterative in any case. This means that each process has cyclical properties: it can be repeated easily and even to start a new process, it is possible to apply the accumulated experience: academic methods, personal experience, colleagues' experience, etc.
