Abstract

Досліджено теоретичні і практичні аспекти управління фінансовою діяльністю та рентабельністю банківських установ; виявлено проблеми організаційно-економічного механізму забезпечення рентабельності діяльності комерційних банків в Україні; запропоновано напрями та заходи вдосконалення організаційно-економічного механізму забезпечення рентабельності діяльності комерційних банків. The changes taking place in recent years in Ukraine's economy dramatically affect the direction and pace of development of the banking system. It should be noted that in recent years the banking sector has become the dynamic characteristics of the system, which is characterized by high growth rates of assets, liabilities and capital and acquires qualitatively new features inherent to business market economy. But in the unstable economic situation which has developed in the country, the efficiency of banking largely depends on the changes that occur in the environment. This necessitates the development and application of science-based, organizational and economic management mechanisms profitability.
