Abstract
The optiko-electronic transducer of a solar energy in a frequency signal on the basis of bipolar and two gate MOSFET transistors which form oscillatory system which consists from the capacitive component transistor structure with negative resistance and external inductance is offered. It are theoretically counted and experimentally tested functions of transformation and sensitivity of the device which changes from 320 to 7,6 kHz/uWt/cm2 at change of power of a solar radiation 0 to 774 uWt/cm2.
