Зміст та структура курсу «Сучасні педагогічні технології у вищих навчальних закладах» для підготовки докторів філософії

Abstract

В статті обґрунтовано значення підготовки майбутніх докторів філософії до реалізації сучасних технологій навчально-виховного процесу та формування готовності до їх практичного використання у вищому навчальному закладі в процесі вивчення курсу «Сучасні педагогічні технології у вищих навчальних закладах». Автором викладені деякі можливості організації навчального процесу та професійної підготовки майбутніх докторів філософії до педагогічної діяльності. Визначено, що концептуальними ідеями розробки програми курсу та її запровадження є компетентністний, інтегративний та технологічний підходи. Наведено структуру курсу та охарактеризовано його складові. Представлено приклади інтерактивних технологій, які розроблені майбутніми докторами філософії, що використовуються в навчальному процесі.

The article substantiates the importance of preparing future doctors of philosophy for the implementation of modern technologies of the educational process and formation of readiness for their practical use in higher educational institutions in the course of studying the course «Modern pedagogical technologies in higher educational institutions». The expounded some approaches are in relation to organization of educational process and professional preparation of future doctors of philosophy to pedagogical activity. The organization of conducting one of practical courses of the course is considered and a sample of a short test questionnaire of the postgraduate students at the lecture is offered. The author determines that the conceptual ideas of the course program development and its implementation are a competence-based approach, which is a source of professional competence enhancement, since it allows for directing pedagogical activities to self-development and self-development; an integrative approach used to form future teachers of the system of knowledge and ideas about laws, principles and methods of education and training in higher educational establishments; technological approach that allows to provide higher efficiency of future professional activity and to master the basic pedagogical technologies and peculiarities of their use. The structure of the course is presented and its components are described. Presented examples of interactive technologies developed by future doctors of philosophy, which are used in the educational process.
