Abstract

The investigation gives an overview of the essence and specificity of the mechanism of foreign economic activity and divesification in Ukraine and Ecuador at the present stage; study of regulatory and legal framework for regulation of foreign economic activity of enterprises; the ability to analyze and evaluate trends, characterized the tertiary sector of the economy and the market of accounting and audit services, the economic feasibility of diversification of the markets of the enterprise has been identified.
