Abstract

Проаналізовано історію створення та розвитку Європейської конституції та її покликання. Також розглянуто та визначено причину не укладення Конституції для Європи та її значення для України.

the history of the creation and development of the European Constitution and its vocation is analyzed. The reasons for not concluding the Constitution for Europe and its significance for Ukraine were also considered and determined.
