Abstract

In this master's field it was possible to offer greater efficiency of disk brake systems of cars, technological, constructive and professional methods. The first section gives the history of creation and current state of Toyota and Toyota Center Vinnytsia "Premium Motors". The characteristics of the enterprise are given. The analysis of brake systems of vehicles is carried out. The basic requirements to brake systems, methods of definition of a technical condition of brake systems are considered. The topic, relevance and practical novelty of the master 's thesis are substantiated. The purpose and tasks of the research are determined. In the second section the ways of ways of increase of brake dynamics of vehicles are considered. Increase of efficiency of brake systems of cars at the expense of reduction of hysteresis losses in disk brake mechanisms is offered. A comprehensive analysis was performed to obtain a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the influence of the design parameters of the disc brake mechanism of pneumatic and hydraulic brake systems on the amount of hysteresis in them. As a result, the parameters of the mechanisms are determined, which mainly affect the value of the hysteresis. The scheme of the disc brake with self-amplification is proposed. In the third section the technological project of HUNDRED is developed, the annual production program and staff of workers on all types of MOT and PR are calculated. The fourth section discusses the methods and means of checking the braking system of cars. The improvement of the design of the roller brake stand is offered. Its main parameters are determined. The fifth section deals with health and safety in emergencies. The system approach and the analysis at the organization of labor protection at performance of work are opened.
