Abstract

Проаналізовано існуючі методи моделювання управлінських рішень з реалізації організаційно-технологічних заходів удосконалення теплоізоляційної оболонки будівель. Підкреслено, що енергоефективність теплоізоляційної оболонки будівель визначається кількісними та якісними чинниками. Для організаційнотехнологічного забезпечення рішень з удосконалення теплоізоляційної оболонки будівель доцільно використовувати методи багатофакторного та багатокритеріального аналізу, які враховують вплив кількісних та якісних факторів.

The existing methods of modeling management decisions on the implementation of organizational and technological measures to improve the thermal insulation envelope of buildings are analyzed. It is emphasized that the energy efficiency of the thermal insulation envelope of buildings is determined by quantitative and qualitative factors. For the organizational and technological support of solutions for improving the thermal insulation envelope of buildings, it is advisable to use methods of multifactorial and multicriteria analysis, which take into account the influence of quantitative and qualitative factors.
