Abstract
The article is devoted to the formation of key communicative competencies and the project method, as one of the interactive methods of teaching a foreign language in a non-linguistic university. The subject of study in this work is the project method. In this article, the authors note the importance of the project method in the educational process, in working with students of non-linguistic universities. This technology enables the student to experiment, develop creativity and communication skills. The authors reveal the need to use this method in teaching a foreign language in non-linguistic universities, its features and advantages.
