Машинобудівні підприємства в Україні: техніко-економічні особливості

Abstract

The paper reveals the historical prerequisites for the development of the engineering industry in Ukraine. The content of the study reveals the peculiarities of the activity of engineering enterprises from the point of view of their technical organization and its influence on the development of the enterprise. The paper examines the set of factors that exert the main influence to the activity of engineering enterprises and proves the different significance of these factors for enterprises working in various sub-branches of engineering. The collection of high-precision components of engineering production, which form its stable production process and peculiarities of the organization of engineering productions, have been revealed. The reasons for the localization of engineering enterprises in large cities have been revealed. The study revealed such distinctive features of the engineering industry as a long turnover cycle, which leads to a long process of interaction between participants, high specialization, a significant concentration of the engineering products market, which complicates the process of entry of new manufacturers into the industry, and a high level of unused production capacities. The specific characteristics of engineering products that significantly affect production processes have been identified, in particular, one-time procurement (there is no cyclicality in the purchase of machinebuilding products), the specific nature of costs, the amount of costs, the operating characteristics of equipment, and engineering features. It was established that in the process of selling engineering products, buyers pay attention to two aspects — economic and quality. The economic aspect involves the ratio of the total expected cost and service life to the expected capacity of the new production equipment. The qualitative aspect involves the study and analysis of all operational, technical and technological characteristics. The dual nature of machine-building enterprises has been established — on the one hand, they are locomotives of scientific and technical progress with countless processes of simultaneous modernization and innovation, and on the other — obsolescence, wear and tear, which continuously occur at engineering enterprises

У статті розкрито історичні передумови розвитку машинобудівної галузі в Україні. Зміст дос- лідження розкриває особливості діяльності машинобудівних підприємств з точки зору їх техніч- ної організації та її вплив на розвиток підприємства. В статті розглянуто сукупність факторів які здійснюють основний вплив на діяльність машинобудівних підприємств та доведено різну зна- чущість цих факторів для підприємств, що працюють в різних підгалузях машинобудування. Ви- явлено сукупність високоточних складових машинобудівного виробництва, що формують його сталий виробничий процес та особливості організації машинобудівних виробництв. Виявлено при- чини локалізації машинобудівних підприємств у великих містах. Дослідження дозволило вияви- ти такі відмінні риси галузі машинобудування як тривалий оборотний цикл, що зумовлює трива- лий процес взаємодії між учасниками, високу спеціалізацію, значну концентрація ринку маши- нобудівної продукції, що ускладнює процес входження нових виробників у галузь та високий рівень невикористаних виробничих потужностей. Виявлено специфічні характеристики маши- нобудівної продукції, які суттєво впливають на виробничі процеси, зокрема це одноразова заку- півля (відсутня циклічність закупівлі машинобудівної продукції), специфічний характер витрат, розмір витрат, робочі характеристики обладнання, інженерні особливості. Встановлено, що у про- цесі збуту машинобудівної продукції покупці звертають увагу на два аспекти — економічний та якісний. Економічний аспект передбачає співвідношення загальної очікуваної вартості та термі- ну служби з очікуваної потужністю нового виробничого обладнання. Якісний аспект передбачає вивчення та аналіз всіх експлуатаційних, технічних та технологічних характеристик. Встановле- но дуальну природу машинобудівних підприємств — з одного боку вони є локомотивами науко- во-технічного прогресу із незліченними процесами одночасної модернізації та інновацій, а з іншого — застарівання, зношення та руйнування які безперервно відбуваються на машинобудівних підприємствах.
