Abstract

В останній час, у зв’язку з переходом до цифрового телебачення гостро стоїть питання з заміною обладнання на об’єктах, головним чином, концерну радіомовлення, радіозв’язку та телебачення(КРРТ). Саме там встановлені у великі кількості крупногабаритні і, відповідно, важкі рупорно-параболічні антени, потреби в яких вже нема. Під час виконання поставленої задачі виникає дві достатньо складних проблеми-демонтаж та опускання антен з висоти іноді понад 100 м та транспортування їх на значну відстань для складування і подальшої утилізації. Перша проблема вирішується залученням верхолазів або промислових альпіністів. До організції транспортування залучають патрульну поліцію. Але в обох випадках необхідно передбачити ряд заходів, які б гарантували безпеку виконавців та оточуючих.
