Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of an integrated optimal project management system at the stages of construction, operation and modernization of production facilities, which are the terminal objects of the project. The problem of optimal operative distribution of a resource between manufactures of separate products taking into account the demand caused by the prices and quality of a product of manufacture is set and solved. Meaningful management, taking into account the limitations - the calculation of the optimal distribution of resources between the steps of the production development process, the actual production and retail - bringing to the end user. The main software module consists of subroutines: optimal aggregation of the resource structure of production, calculation of the optimal system development strategy. Modeling of development processes and analysis of modeling results are performed.
