У статті розглядаються питання нових містобудівних тенденцій формування екопоселень, що базуються на задачі створення комфортного, раціонально спроектованого середовища для життєдіяльності людей.

The article examines the issues of new urban planning trends in the formation of eco-settlements, which are based on the task of creating a comfortable, rationally designed environment for people's daily activities. The relevance of the article is due to the formation in modern architectural and urban planning practice of new directions of development of urban planning systems, one of which can be presented in the form of an eco-settlement. The main stages of the development of eco-settlements are considered. Trends in the formation of eco-settlements have been established, and the main directions of life in eco-settlements have been determined. The advantages and disadvantages of eco-settlements are determined.
