Abstract

The principles of tire selection for steering wheels and traction axles of promising competitive city electric buses are presented in terms of the impact of their wheels on the destruction of the road surface of city streets. The analyzed specific loads for covering city streets from the wheels of city electric buses with different wheel formulas depending on the permissible total weight of 18,000 kg and 19,500 kg.
