The levels study of microbiological contamination of groundwater around the landfill of municipal solid waste

Abstract

The regression dependences of the levels of microbiological contamination by total coliforms and the total microbial count of groundwater on the distance to the municipal solid waste landfill were determined, which were used to determine the safe distance of placement of solid waste landfills from sources of drinking water based on the indicator of the level of microbiological contamination of groundwater.
