Виокремлено фактори впливу на ефективність управління сучасним підприємством. Розглянуто основні аспекти формування та критерії досягнення ефективності управління на практиці.

The article examines the essence and content of enterprise management efficiency under modern conditions. The tasks and principles of effective organization of the management system are characterized. Factors affecting the effectiveness of the management system of a modern enterprise are singled out. The main aspects of formation and criteria for achieving management efficiency in practice are considered.
