The paper analyzes the theoretical and methodical aspects of managing the development and implementation of the company`s competitive strategy. The factors of the competitive environment in which modern enterprises function are determined. The methods of calculating the effectiveness of the implementation of the company`s competitive strategy are presented.

У роботі проаналізовано теоретичні та методичні аспекти управління розробкою і реалізацією конкурентної стратегії підприємства. Визначено фактори конкурентного середовища, в якому функціонують сучасні підприємства. Наведено методи розрахунку ефективності реалізації конкурентної стратегії підприємства.
