Abstract

Запропоновано розглянути основні проблеми теорії галузевих ринків. Досліджується внесок представників нового інституціоналізму у розвиток та проблемах теорії галузевих ринків, а саме їх погляди на розмір фірми, організацію галузі, антимонопольне регулювання.

It is suggested to consider the main problems of the theory of industry markets. The contribution of representatives of the new institutionalism to the formation and development of the theory of industry markets, namely their views on the size of the firm, organization of the industry, antitrust regulation, is investigated.
