Abstract

Описано сутність поняття та особливості венчурного капіталу як основної категорії венчурного фінансування. Зображено кругообіг венчурного капіталу у взаємодії суб’єктів венчурного фінансування. Узагальнено етапи процесу прийняття рішень венчурними інвесторами та надано характеристику стадій, на яких може здійснюватись венчурне фінансування. Розглянуто найбільш вживані серед венчурних інвесторів методи оцінки інноваційних рішень.

The essence of the concept and features of venture capital as the main category of venture financing is described. The cycle of venture capital in the interaction of venture capital entities is shown. The stages of the decision-making process by venture investors are summarized and the characteristics of the stages at which venture financing can be carried out are given. The most commonly used methods of evaluating innovative solutions among venture investors are considered.
