Аналіз технологічного процесу керування складом запасних частин

Abstract

Some features of the organization of the technological process of spare parts warehouse management are considered, which allow to increase the efficiency of operation of the rolling stock of the motor vehicle enterprise, by taking into account the availability of spare parts in the region and the financial capabilities of the enterprise to determine the range and number of spare parts that must be stored in the enterprise warehouse.

Розглянуто деякі особливості організації технологічного процесу керування складом запасних частин, які дозволяють підвищити ефективність експлуатації рухомого складу автотранспортного підприємства, шляхом врахування доступності запасних частин в регіоні та фінансових можливостей підприємства для визначення номенклатури та кількості запасних частин, які необхідно зберігати на складі підприємства.
