The purpose of the research is to develop an intelligent dialogue interaction software system for providing psychological support based on cognitive behavioral therapy methods. The research task was to investigate how the use of artificial intelligence methods and cognitive behavioral therapy affect the quality and effectiveness of psychological assistance. The object of the research is dialogue interaction software systems that automate the process of providing psychological support. The result of the research is an overview of the basic principles of developing dialogue systems, cognitive behavioral therapy methods, and their impact on the quality of psychological support.
