Запропоновано інтелектуальний модуль визначення ціни на нерухомість створений за допомогою методів машинного навчання, який допоможе автоматизувати процес визначення ціни на нерухомість та описані основні етапи задачі.

The intelligent module for determining the price for houses created using machine learning methods is proposed to help automate the process of determining the price of real estate and the main stages of the task described.
