Abstract

У статті розглянуто вплив нестабільного зовнішнього середовища на бізнес-процеси підприємств.

The article examines the impact of an unstable external environment on the business processes of enterprises. The main factors that form instability are analyzed, in particular economic, political, social and technological aspects. The main threats to business that arise in connection with these changes are outlined, and approaches to minimizing their negative impact are identified. Methods for adapting enterprises to dynamic conditions are proposed, including strategic planning, risk management and digitalization of processes.
