Пристрій аналого-цифрового перетворення з випадковим перемиканням каналів

Abstract

У роботі представлено метод покращення динамічного діапазону аналого-цифрових перетворювачів (АЦП).

The paper presents a method for improving the dynamic range of analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). It is proposed to use random switching of conversion channels with the formation of two subgroups of channels and subsequent processing of the ADC output signal in the frequency domain. A structural diagram of an analog-to-digital conversion device with random channel switching is developed. An analysis of the effectiveness of the proposed method confirmed that thanks to the developed method, it is possible to expand the dynamic range of a 12-bit parallel ADC by 9 –15 dB, depending on the value of the time instability of the converter output signal.
