Управління ризиками на автомобільному транспорті за моделлю COSO: основні підходи

Abstract

For risk management in road transport, it is possible to apply the generally recognized concept of risk management according to the COSO model (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission), which allows taking into account modern challenges of society. An analysis of the COSO model in the field of transport risks is presented. The objectives of risk management and methods of risk minimization are determined.

Для управління ризиками на автомобільному транспорті можна застосувати загальновизнану концепцію управління ризиками за моделлю COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission), яка дозволяє врахувати сучасні виклики суспільства. Представлено аналіз моделі COSO у сферы транспортних ризиків. Визначено цілі управління ризиками та способи мінімізації ризиків.
