Abstract
In work questions of formation an optimality functioning conditions for Small Hydro Powers (SHP) in Electric Power Networks (EPN) taking into account hydraulic communications are considered, and also ways of their maintenance with use the automatic control means are offered. The results may be used at designing of control systems by SHP, and also in the course of EPN operation control with necessary power efficiency.
