Abstract

В дипломній роботі розглянуто теоретико-методологічні і практичні аспекти управління ефективністю персоналу організації. Зроблено аналіз сучасних напрямів менеджменту та управління персоналом. Проаналізовані основні показники фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства. Проведений аналіз системи управління, кадрового менеджменту та системи управління ефективністю персоналу досліджуваного підприємства. Розроблені заходи щодо удосконалення забезпечення ефективного управління фармацевтичними компаніями на підставі виявлення основних тенденцій, ризиків та можливостей фармацевтичного ринку України.

In the thesis work the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the performance management of the staff of the organization. The analysis of modern trends of management and personnel management . The basic indicators of financial and economic activities are analyzed. The analysis of the management system, personnel management systems and performance management of staff of the company. The measures to improve management of pharmaceutical companies on the basis of identifying the main trends, risks and opportunities of the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine are developed.
