The formalization of the problem of cybersecurity are performed. The conceptual basis for detecting and assessing threats to cybersecurity, which consists in identifying signs of information influences, assessing the level of threats and developing measures to counteract these threats, is proposed.

There is theoretically grounded structural model of professional training of future engineers in higher technical educational institution. The model is implemented in the educational process of VNTU and is the methodological basis of the process of formation of competence of future engineer.
