Cyclic economy or closed-loop economy compared to the linear economy is synonymous with innovations based on the use of renewable energy sources. Circular economy is aimed at changing the classic linear model of the economy in such a way as to minimize waste and emissions throughout the product's life cycle. The paper focused to the analysis of the circular economy development level and its elements, as well as analysis of the comparison of various indices characterized human wellbeing, hi-tech export for top-20 countries in the ranking and Ukraine. The method of correlation and regression analysis used in the study. The results of the study revealed a significant dependence between the High-tech export index and Environmental Performance index, Education Index and Environmental Performance index. This confirmed an assumption on the significant impact of the population erudition level to the readiness of the society for resource saving, as well as it affects the environment and energy saving innovative options implementation. Education can contribute to the rapid expansion of the circular economy concept.; Циркулярна економіка або економіка замкнутого циклу порівняно з лінійною економікою є синонімом інновацій, заснованих на використанні відновлюваних джерел енергії. Циклічна економіка спрямована на зміну класичної лінійної моделі економіки таким чином, щоб мінімізувати відходи та викиди протягом життєвого циклу продукту. Завдяки цьому відновлюється фінансовий, виробничий, соціальний і природний капітал. Серед переваг переходу на нову модель відзначимо зменшення впливу на навколишнє середовище, підвищення конкурентоспроможності, інноваційні зміни на підприємствах і, як наслідок, збільшення робочих місць. Стаття присвячена аналізу рівня розвитку циркулярної економіки та її елементів, а також аналізу порівняння різних індексів, що характеризують добробут людини, експорт високих технологій для 20-топ країн рейтингу та України. Порівнюючи різні показники, стаття доводить, що найпродуктивніше реалізувати концепцію циркулярної економіки можуть лише добре розвинені країни. У дослідженні використано метод кореляційно-регресійного аналізу. Результати дослідження виявили значну залежність між індексом експорту високих технологій та індексом екологічної ефективності, індексом освіти та індексом екологічної ефективності.

У статті обґрунтована недостатність фінансової грамотності у звичному розумінні та аргументовано необхідності вивчення цифрової фінансової грамотності та її розвитку в населення. Обґрунтовано, чому цифрова фінансова грамотність поєднує в собі цифрову грамотність та фінансову грамотність та виділені основні компоненти, які найкраще визначають дане поняття. Розкрито деталі поняття «цифровий слід», який користувачі цифровими технологіями створюють собі власноруч та обґрунтована його важливість, у тому числі у фінансовій сфері. Наведене власне визначення категорії «цифрова фінансова грамотність» на основі детально описаних компонент. Проаналізовано індекс фінансової грамотності українців користувачів та некористувачів технологіями та порівняно його з середнім значенням по інших країнах. Обґрунтовано пропозиції щодо підвищення рівня цифрової фінансової грамотності громадян.; This article is dedicated to the topic of financial literacy and its development in the context of the digitization of financial services. Traditional financial literacy is insufficient for effectively utilizing financial resources in today's digital world. The concept of digital financial literacy is introduced. It combines the skills of using financial services and the use of digital technologies. In the article is proposed authors’ definition of digital financial literacy by components, which include awareness of digital financial products and services, awareness of potential digital financial risks, control over them, and knowledge of the rights of consumers of financial services. These components are crucial for the development of digital financial literacy. The article highlights potential security risks, such as digital fraud, technical failures, and excessive reliance on digital services. The importance of understanding digital footprint and online reputation is emphasized. The article provides simple principles to help users protect their personal information and avoid fraud. It explains the need for understanding consumer rights and compensation procedures to enable individuals to protect their rights. Understanding these aspects of digital financial literacy is essential for effectively managing financial resources in today's digital world. Research conducted in 2021 showed that technology users have a higher level of financial literacy compared to those who do not use technology. However, the overall level of financial literacy in Ukraine is still insufficient for making informed financial decisions. The National Bank of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation and other international, governmental and non-governmental organizations are focusing on the development of financial literacy among the population. It is recommended to focus on the development of digital financial literacy, using communication campaigns, sharing information about providers of digital financial services, financial education initiatives, and awareness-raising about digital crimes and consumer rights in financial services.

В роботі проаналізовано фактори впливу на процес управління економічною безпекою підприємств в умовах військового стану. Зважаючи на те, що економічна безпека суттєво залежить від джерел фінансування підприємства, інтелектуальної складової, наявності достатньої кількості персоналу та обсягу інформації, саме ці фактори враховано в дослідженні. В роботі запропоновано ієрархічні зв’язки факторів впливу на систему управління економічною безпекою підприємства, що на відміну від існуючих підходів, дозволяє більш повно врахувати фактори, які визначають ефективність управління економічною безпекою і сформувати математичну модель інтелектуальної підтримки прийняття рішень з управління економічною безпекою.; In the conditions of martial law, ensuring economic security is highly relevant for domestic enterprises. The issue of economic security is defined by the fact that a significant number of companies located in the Eastern part of the country are forced to relocate to areas where active combat operations are not taking place. Issues related to economic security are the subject of extensive research. At the same time, it is important to assess the factors influencing the process of managing economic security in the context of martial law. The purpose of this work is to develop a model that will enable the evaluation of factors influencing the management of economic security in conditions of martial law. Economic security of an enterprise is a comprehensive characteristic that encompasses the level of protection of all types of the enterprise's potential from internal and external threats, ensuring its stable functioning and effective development, and requires management by the enterprise's leadership. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the process of managing economic security of enterprises in conditions of martial law. Given that economic security significantly depends on sources of funding for the enterprise, the intellectual component, the availability of an adequate workforce, and the volume of information, these factors are taken into account in the research. The distribution of factors influencing the evaluation of the efficiency indicator of economic security management is presented. The paper proposes hierarchical relationships of factors influencing the system of economic security management of an enterprise, which, unlike existing approaches, allows for a more comprehensive consideration of the factors determining the effectiveness of economic security management and the development of a mathematical model for intelligent decision support in managing economic security.

У роботі аргументовано необхідність удосконалення інституціонального забезпечення державної політики регулювання міграційних процесів в умовах війни, так і повоєнного відновлення на тлі критичного зменшення ресурсного потенціалу, зокрема людського. Методико-прикладні положення відповідного узгодження розроблені на основі упровадження механізму покращення і поєднання інституційно-правового, інституційно-організаційного й інституційно-психологічного забезпечення управління міграцією і розвитком національної економічної системи, що потребує реалізації заходів державної політики за напрямами: покращення системи стратегування та планування перебігу міграційних процесів, підвищення ефективності державного регулювання міграції за кордоном, становлення належного обліковостатистичного забезпечення, реалізація потенціалу суб’єктів громадянського суспільства та великого бізнесу, збалансованість та ефективність системи елементів ринку міграційних послуг, розвиток інфраструктури ринку міграційного капіталу.; The paper substantiates that the institutional provision of the state policy of migration processes management – one of the key system-forming factors and a prerequisite for ensuring proper efficiency of regulation of migration of the population and its consequences – consists in combining a full-fledged system of institutions and institutions, the functioning of which ensures the definition and observance of rules of conduct, directing the relevant trends in the desired direction. Particularly significant is the role of institutions in the system of state management of migration processes, which act as actors – generators of institutions and carriers of their capabilities. Institutional support is formed in three areas: (1) institutional and legal, (2) institutionalorganizational and (3) institutional-psychological. The strategic tasks of improving the institutional support of the state policy of migration processes management in Ukraine are determined: formation of the regulatory background of the state policy, development of the system of strategizing and planning the course of migration processes, formation of the organizational structure of management, increasing the efficiency of the state regulation of migration abroad, establishing proper accounting and statistical support, realization of the potential of subjects civil society and big business, balance and efficiency of the system of elements of the migration services market, development of migration capital market infrastructure, formation of information and psychological environment of migration activity of the population. Achieving certain tasks requires the implementation of a system of coordinated measures. Applied instruments of state policy of modernization of the institutional environment for regulating migration processes are differentiated from existing developments (1) structuring in areas of support – institutional and legal, institutional and organizational (state, public and market), institutional and psychological; (2) the system of institutional support is formed according to certain strategic directions of development of the national economy; (3) measures to regulate external migration are defined in the projection of eliminating current shortcomings of the state policy of migration management and overcoming its consequences for the socio-economic development of the country;
