М.; Bokovets, Viktoriia; Davidyuk, Lyudmila; Piliavoz, Tetiana International logistics is an important component of the global economy, ensuring the effectiveness of supply chain management and interaction between market participants. In modern conditions of globalization, the growth of international trade volumes and increasing requirements for speed, accuracy and environmental friendliness of logistics processes are becoming determining factors of the competitiveness of companies. The article is devoted to the study of the introduction of innovative technologies into international logistics, as well as the analysis of their impact on the development of the industry. The article considers the main types of innovative technologies, in particular information, technological, managerial and environmental solutions that find practical application in international logistics systems. Particular attention is paid to such technologies as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, warehouse automation and the implementation of environmentally friendly transport solutions. It was found that these innovations contribute to the optimization of logistics processes, increasing forecasting accuracy, reducing costs and increasing customer satisfaction. In addition to positive aspects, emphasis is placed on obstacles that complicate the implementation of innovations. These include high financial costs, the complexity of the regulatory environment, the lack of qualified personnel, infrastructure limitations and cybersecurity risks. It is noted that the European Union demonstrates advanced results in the implementation of innovative solutions due to active investments in the digitalization and modernization of transport systems. The article summarizes the main benefits of innovative technologies in international logistics, including economic efficiency, environmental sustainability, improved service and increased safety. It is concluded that the further development of innovations in logistics will contribute to sustainable economic growth, integration in global markets and ensuring the competitiveness of companies in the long term.; Міжнародна логістична діяльність є важливою складовою глобальної економіки, забезпечуючи ефективність управління ланцюгами постачання та взаємодію між учасниками ринку. У сучасних умовах глобалізації, зростання обсягів міжнародної торгівлі та підвищення вимог до швидкості, точності й екологічності логістичних процесів стають визначальними факторами конкурентоспроможності компаній. Стаття присвячена дослідженню впровадження інноваційних технологій у міжнародну логістику, а також аналізу їх впливу на розвиток галузі. У стаття розглянуто основні види інноваційних технологій, зокрема інформаційні, технологічні, управлінські та екологічні рішення, які знаходять практичне застосування у міжнародних логістичних системах. Особлива увага приділяється таким технологіям, як Інтернет речей (IoT), штучний інтелект (AI), блокчейн, автоматизація складів і впровадження екологічно чистих транспортних рішень. Виявлено, що ці інновації сприяють оптимізації логістичних процесів, підвищенню точності прогнозування, зменшенню витрат та підвищенню рівня задоволеності клієнтів. Окрім позитивних аспектів, акцент зроблено на перешкодах, що ускладнюють впровадження інновацій. До них належать високі фінансові витрати, складність регуляторного середовища, нестача кваліфікованих кадрів, інфраструктурні обмеження та ризики кібербезпеки. Зазначено, що Європейський Союз демонструє передові результати у впровадженні інноваційних рішень завдяки активним інвестиціям у цифровізацію та модернізацію транспортних систем. Стаття узагальнює основні переваги інноваційних технологій у міжнародній логістиці, включаючи економічну ефективність, екологічну стійкість, покращення обслуговування та підвищення безпеки. Наведено висновок про те, що подальший розвиток інновацій у логістиці сприятиме сталому економічному зростанню, інтеграції на глобальних ринках і забезпеченню конкурентоспроможності компаній у довгостроковій перспективі.

The relentless surge in the cost of energy carriers, coupled with the uncertainty in the reliability and continuity of heat and electricity supply, and the looming environmental issues, all underscore the pressing need for the management of medical institutions to expedite their search for ways to optimize energy and enhance the energy efficiency of all processes at the enterprise. The purpose of this article is to develop an organizational and economic mechanism for energy-saving management of healthcare facilities and to study its components and functioning. Healthcare enterprises are relatively energy-intensive, and a significant amount of thermal and electrical energy is spent in them to maintain the parameters and cleanliness of the indoor air, the functioning of medical equipment, and the generation of hot water. The increase in the cost of energy carriers prompts the management of these enterprises to take decisive steps to save energy. However, the approach to energy saving at these enterprises should be complex and scientifically based, taking into account the specifics of the functioning of the medical institution and its energy consumption. For the complex and scientific implementation of energy-saving measures at these enterprises, we offer an organizational and economic management mechanism (OEM) for energy-saving in healthcare facilities. The work examines the essence and components of the managerial and economic mechanism of energy-saving management of healthcare institutions. It is proposed that the mechanism be considered as a set of technical, economic, motivational, and organizational components. The crucial role in the mechanism is assigned to the Department of Energy Management and Energy Audit; the selection of priority energy-saving measures is carried out based on the results of economic and mathematical modelling.; В роботі розглянуто сутність та складові організаційно-економічного механізму управління енергозбереженням закладів охорони здоров`я. The article is dedicated to analyzing the impact of Russia's full-scale invasion on Ukraine's insurance market and outlines the main challenges faced by the industry during the war. The study revealed significant changes in the life, property, auto, and health insurance segments. The military actions led to widespread infrastructure destruction, a decline in economic activity, and a decrease in the purchasing power of both individuals and businesses, which significantly affected the insurance market. Insurance companies were forced to adapt their products to the new realities while simultaneously increasing payouts, particularly in the property and life insurance sectors, due to high loss rates. Special attention is given to the role of government regulation in supporting the insurance market. The government implemented legislative changes to reduce pressure on insurance companies and simplify the conditions for their operations. International support is also highlighted, which helped Ukrainian insurers maintain financial stability, especially through reinsurance and access to resources from international financial organizations. Additionally, potential recovery scenarios for the insurance market after the end of hostilities were forecasted. Among the key recovery prospects is the expected growth in demand for insurance products, particularly in the property, business, and life insurance segments. The importance of integrating Ukraine’s insurance market with the European market is also emphasized, which will create new opportunities for investment, improve insurance services, and enhance technology. The article highlights the long-term effects of the war on Ukraine's insurance market and the possibilities for its development during post-war reconstruction. The recovery process will involve not only restoring the market to pre-war levels but also introducing new insurance products aimed at protecting against emerging risks, including natural disasters and cyber risks.; Стаття присвячена аналізу впливу повномасштабного вторгнення росії на ринок страхування в Україні та окреслює головні виклики, з якими зіткнулася галузь під час війни. Під час роботи над дослідженням було виявлено зміни, що відбулися у сегментах страхування життя, майна, автотранспорту та медичних полісів. Військові дії спричинили масове руйнування інфраструктури, падіння економічної активності та зниження платоспроможності населення й бізнесу, що суттєво вплинуло на ринок страхування. Страхові компанії були змушені адаптувати свої продукти під нові реалії, водночас збільшуючи обсяг страхових виплат, зокрема у сфері страхування майна та життя, через високий рівень збитковості. Окрема увага приділяється ролі державного регулювання в підтримці страхового ринку. Уряд впровадив законодавчі зміни для зменшення тиску на страхові компанії та спрощення умов для їхньої діяльності. Зазначено також міжнародну підтримку, що дозволила українським страховикам зберегти фінансову стійкість, особливо через перестрахування та залучення ресурсів від міжнародних фінансових організацій. Було також спрогнозовано можливі сценарії відновлення ринку страхування після завершення бойових дій. Серед основних перспектив відновлення ринку визначається зростання попиту на страхові продукти, особливо у сегменті страхування майна, бізнесу та життя. Також підкреслюється важливість інтеграції українського страхового ринку з європейським, що відкриє нові можливості для інвестицій, покращення страхових послуг та технологій. У статті акцентується увага на довгострокових наслідках війни для страхового ринку України та можливостях його розвитку в умовах післявоєнної відбудови. Важливим елементом післявоєнного відновлення стане не лише повернення ринку до довоєнних показників, а й впровадження нових страхових продуктів, спрямованих на захист від нових ризиків, включаючи природні катастрофи та кіберризики.
