The scientific article is devoted to the development of a simulation model of an investment project using the MathCAD system. The developed simulation model allows the investor to assess the risk factor, the probability of profit or loss from the invested investment, and to assess the possible uncertainty of the results of his own decision to invest in the project.; Наукова стаття присвячена розробці імітаційної моделі інвестиційного проекту засобами системи MathCAD . Розроблена імітаційна модель дозволяє інвестору оцінити коефіцієнт ризику, імовірність прибутку або збитку від вкладених інвестицій, оцінити можливу невизначеність результатів власного рішення про вкладення інвестицій у проект.

The theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation of financial resources in the process of
enterprise management are considered. The features and approaches to the management of financial resources of enterprises
in modern conditions are determined, the problems of financial resource management in the process of production and
economic activity of the enterprise are summarized. It is determined that the finances of enterprises play a significant role in
the structure of financial relations of society.; Розглянуто теоретико-методологічні аспекти формування фінансових ресурсів в процесі
управління підприємством. Визначенню особливості і підходи до управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємств у
сучасних умовах, узагальнено проблеми управління фінансовими ресурсами в процесі виробничо-господарської
діяльності підприємства. Визначено, що фінанси підприємств відіграють значну роль у структурі фінансових
