У тезах розглядається проблема маніпулятивного впливу в сучасному медіапросторі та обґрунтовується значення медіаграмотності як одного з ключових чинників захисту особистості від інформаційних маніпуляцій. Проаналізовано наукові підходи до розуміння маніпуляції свідомістю, визначено основні технології її реалізації в засобах масової інформації та цифрових медіа. На основі конкретних прикладів сучасних медіаманіпуляцій показано, яким чином навички медіаграмотності дозволяють виявляти спотворення інформації та протидіяти небажаному впливу. Окреслено основні шляхи формування й розвитку медіаграмотності в умовах закладу вищої освіти, зокрема на прикладі освітнього середовища Вінницького національного технічного університету.; The theses consider the problem of manipulative influence in the modern media space and substantiate the importance of media literacy as one of the key factors in protecting the individual from information manipulation. Scientific approaches to understanding the manipulation of consciousness are analyzed, the main technologies for its implementation in the mass media and digital media are identified. Based on specific examples of modern media manipulations, it is shown how media literacy skills allow detecting distortions of information and counteracting unwanted influence. The main ways of forming and developing media literacy in the conditions of a higher education institution are outlined, in particular, using the example of the educational environment of Vinnytsia National Technical University.

У роботі проаналізовано потенціал використання стародавнього трактату Сунь Цзи «Мистецтво війни» як інструменту для протидії сучасним методам маніпуляції свідомістю. Розглянуто актуальні загрози інформаційної епохи, зокрема когнітивну війну та вплив через соціальні медіа. Наведено приклади інтеграції праці Сунь Цзи в освітні програми провідних університетів та бізнес-шкіл світу. На основі тексту першоджерела сформульовано практичні рекомендації щодо виявлення прихованих намірів опонентів та захисту від інформаційного впливу.; The paper analyzes the potential of using Sun Tzu's ancient treatise "The Art of War" as a tool to counter modern methods of consciousness manipulation. Current threats of the information age, including cognitive warfare and influence through social media, are examined. Examples of the integration of Sun Tzu's work into the educational programs of leading universities and business schools around the world are given. Based on the primary source text, practical recommendations are formulated for detecting the hidden intentions of opponents and protecting against information influence.
