The article provides a comprehensive analysis of contemporary theoretical and practical approaches to the strategic modernization of entrepreneurship driven by the dynamic evolution of the global FinTech ecosystem. It emphasizes that the rapid expansion of embedded finance, artificial intelligence, and blockchain technology significantly complicates traditional business processes and necessitates the fundamental transformation of established managerial paradigms. The study substantiates the relevance of innovative business models that integrate digital financial tools, technological flexibility, and proactive adaptation to global digitalization trends. Special attention is given to the impact of open banking, asset tokenization, and digital currencies on the structural modernization of enterprise financial architectures, which enable businesses to effectively respond to market fluctuations and enhance capital efficiency. The main barriers to the effective modernization of entrepreneurial structures are identified, including technological conservatism, a deficit of specialized digital competencies, limited access to high-tech investment resources, and institutional gaps in the regulation of innovative financial instruments. The article proposes a conceptual framework for the strategic development of entrepreneurship, which integrates the deployment of digital platforms, the implementation of smart contracts, and the transition to predictive financial analytics based on Big Data. It highlights the role of FinTech-driven ecosystems as a key component of enterprise strategy, ensuring not only the optimization of operational costs but also the transformation of technological challenges into sustainable competitive advantages. The research confirms that a systematic approach to adopting global FinTech trends enhances enterprise adaptability, long-term stability, and competitiveness in both domestic and international markets. Priority directions for further studies are identified, including the improvement of digital risk forecasting models and the enhancement of managerial leadership in the digital financial transformation.; Досліджено стратегічні імперативи модернізації підприємництва під впливом розвитку глобальної FinTech-екосистеми. Визначено, що поширення вбудованих фінансів, штучного інтелекту та блокчейну зумовлює необхідність трансформації традиційних бізнес-моделей. Обґрунтовано доцільність інтеграції інноваційних фінансових інструментів у діяльність підприємств як чинника підвищення їхньої ринкової стійкості. Проаналізовано ключові тренди – відкритого банкінгу та токенізації активів, що виступають драйверами цифровізації бізнесу. The article examines the current realities and key trends in the management of innovation processes in the activities of economic entities in conditions of economic instability. The relevance of the study is determined by the growing influence of destabilizing factors, the limited resource potential of enterprises, and the need to ensure their sustainable development in dynamic market conditions. The purpose of the work is to substantiate mechanisms for improving the efficiency of business management through the integration of innovative approaches, in particular Agile management models, Open Innovation principles, and structured methods of resource optimization. The methodological basis of the study consists of analytical, systemic-structural, and comparative approaches, which made it possible to identify the relationships between management models, innovative potential, financial and information resources, and the overall competitiveness of economic entities. The results of the analysis show that the innovative activity of domestic enterprises is hampered by fragmented management approaches, a shortage of financial resources, an insufficient level of digital infrastructure, and the absence of a comprehensive knowledge management system in conditions of risk. To overcome these barriers, the article proposes a flexible project management model, the introduction of the concept of “innovative minimum” for prioritizing strategic initiatives, as well as recommendations for improving resource allocation and workflow efficiency. Key trends in innovative development are identified: the transition to resource-efficient management, large-scale digitalization of business processes, the formation of networked innovation ecosystems, and the systematic use of predictive analytics to support management decisions. It has been proven that effective management of innovation processes is a determining factor in strengthening competitiveness, enhancing adaptability, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of economic entities. The results of the study can be used in the development of methodological tools for evaluating the effectiveness of innovations and in the formation of strategic programs for the development of entrepreneurship in conditions of instability.; Досліджено інноваційні підходи до управління підприємницькою діяльністю суб’єктів господарювання в умовах економічної нестабільності. Визначено системні бар’єри, що стримують розвиток підприємницьких структур, зокрема низьку інформаційну мобільність та превалювання тактичних цілей над стратегічними. Обґрунтовано, що формування стійкої моделі управління потребує інтеграції цифрової архітектури бізнесу та адаптивних довгострокових орієнтирів. Запропоновано комплекс взаємодоповнюючих механізмів вдосконалення управління: впровадження Agile-підходу для ітераційного прийняття рішень, використання моделі «інноваційного мінімуму» для оптимізації обмежених ресурсів та розвиток відкритих інноваційних екосистем. Доведено, що системне застосування зазначених підходів забезпечує гнучкість бізнес-процесів, підвищує адаптаційний потенціал підприємства та сприяє його стійкому розвитку в умовах мінливої ринкової кон’юнктури. 2026-01-01T00:00:00Z
