The application of the golden ratio principle in facial plastic surgery as a universal tool for achieving harmonious proportions is considered. It is shown that the ratio 1:1.618 is used to assess the length and width of the nose, the proportions of the lips, the chin, and the overall symmetry of the face. It is demonstrated that the golden ratio helps surgeons plan operations so that the results look natural and aesthetically appealing. The focus is on rhinoplasty, mentoplasty, and facelift, where the principle of harmony plays a major role. It is emphasized that the golden ratio is not a rigid standard, but only a guideline that takes into account the individual characteristics of the patient. It is concluded that its use combines a scientific approach with the art of creating beauty.; Розглянуто застосування золотого перетину в пластичній хірургії обличчя як універсального інструменту для досягнення гармонійних пропорцій. Показано, що співвідношення 1:1,618 використано для оцінки довжини та ширини носа, пропорцій губ, підборіддя та загальної симетрії обличчя.
