The role of new forms of labor relations, particularly gig contracts within the «Diia City» regime, as a tool for preserving human capital is highlighted. Special attention is paid to the prospects of the product business model and the development of the defense technology industry. It is concluded that adapting personnel policies and investing in digital education are key to the sustainable development of the sector in the post-war period.; Дослідження розкриває закономірності трансформації ринку праці в ІТ-секторі України під впливом воєнних дій та глобальних економічних змін.
