Carbohydrate metabolism disorders increase the risk of developing active tuberculosis and are associated with worse outcomes of tuberculosis treatment. 15% of tuberculosis cases worldwide are estimated to be related to diabetes mellitus. Altered lipid metabolism may influence susceptibility to tuberculosis. Studies have been published on the association between total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein, and high-density lipoprotein levels and the risk of tuberculosis. Patients with tuberculosis have an increased incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Cardiovascular complications of tuberculosis are among the most common extrapulmonary manifestations of the disease.; Порушення вуглеводного обміну підвищують ризик розвитку активного туберкульозу та пов"язані з гіршими результатами лікування туберкульозу. За оцінками, 15% випадків туберкульозу у світі пов"язані з цукровим діабетом. Змінений ліпідний обмін може впливати на схильність до туберкульозу. Опубліковано дослідження щодо зв"язку між загальним холестерином, рівнем ліпопротеїнів низької та високої щільності та ризиком туберкульозу. У пацієнтів з туберкульозом спостерігається підвищена частота серцево-судинних та цереброваскулярних захворювань. Серцево-судинні ускладнення туберкульозу є одними з найпоширеніших позалегеневих проявів захворювання. The relevance of this study stems from the growing role of intellectual resources as the primary source of competitive advantage for industrial enterprises in the modern digital economy. While digitalization reshapes business models and management approaches, its impact on intellectual potential remains underexplored, particularly in the Ukrainian industrial context. The purpose of this article is to reveal the mechanism by which digitalization influences the development of an industrial enterprise's intellectual potential and to substantiate the conditions under which this influence generates sustainable competitive advantages in dynamic and uncertain environments. The research draws on systemic analysis, a structural-functional approach, and a comparative method. The theoretical foundation integrates international peer-reviewed publications and Ukrainian scholarly sources in management, knowledge management, and digital transformation. The study demonstrates that intellectual potential consists of three core components: human capital, intangible assets, and social capital, each undergoing qualitative transformation under digital technologies. Empirical evidence from 5,140 manufacturing firms confirms that digital transformation strengthens the relationship between intellectual capital and innovation outcomes. A meta-analysis of 109 studies confirms a statistically significant positive effect of digital technologies on firm performance, especially innovation activity and adaptability. An original definition of intellectual potential in a digital context is proposed, along with a three-channel impact model linking specific digital tools to each component. The article analyzes the current state of digital transformation in Ukraine and identifies key barriers and institutional constraints affecting the industrial sector. The practical value lies in providing managers with a framework thatlinks digital investment decisions to intellectual growth and long-term performance in competitive markets and global value chains today(etc).; Статтю присвячено дослідженню механізму впливу цифровізації на розвиток інтелектуального потенціалу промислового підприємства в сучасних умовах господарювання. Розкрито сутність інтелектуального потен ціалу через три ключові складові: людський капітал, нематеріальні активи та соціальний капітал. Запропоно вано авторське визначення поняття, що розмежовує категорії «потенціал» і «капітал» та включає цифровий вимір. Систематизовано підходи до цифрової трансформації підприємств в умовах Industry 4.0 та Industry 5.0. Виявлено канали впливу цифрових технологій на складові інтелектуального потенціалу підприємствта підтверджено їх емпіричними даними. Розроблено практичну модель механізму впливу цифровізації на інте лектуальний потенціал промислового підприємства. Проаналізовано стан цифрової трансформації в Україні, визначено ключові бар"єри для її поглиблення у вітчизняному промисловому секторі.
