It demonstrates that modern sales is a complex system encompassing planning, organization, staff motivation, and operational control. Using the example of Nova Poshta LLC, the research analyzes service volumes, revenue, and profitability trends from 2023 to 2025, revealing that growth in sales volumes does not always ensure a proportional increase in profitability. The study substantiates the need for a comprehensive approach to sales management that considers financial, logistical, and strategic performance indicators.; У роботі досліджено управління збутовою діяльністю підприємства в умовах воєнного стану та економічної нестабільності. Показано, що сучасний збут є комплексною системою, що включає планування, організацію, мотивацію персоналу та контроль операцій. На прикладі діяльності ТОВ «Нова пошта» проаналізовано динаміку обсягів наданих послуг, доходу та прибутковості у 2023–2025 роках, виявлено, що зростання обсягів збуту не завжди забезпечує пропорційне підвищення прибутковості. Обґрунтовано необхідність комплексного підходу до управління збутом з урахуванням фінансових, логістичних та стратегічних показників. The article considers procrastination as one of the current problems of self-management of the individual in the conditions of increasing demands for self-organization and responsibility. The essence of the concept of "procrastination", its psychological nature and the main causes of its occurrence, in particular motivational, emotional and organizational factors, are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the manifestations of academic procrastination among students and its impact on the effectiveness of educational activities, stress level and psycho-emotional state. The feasibility of using such self-management tools as goal setting, time planning, self-motivation, time management and the formation of useful habits is substantiated.; У статті розглянуто прокрастинацію як одну з актуальних проблем самоменеджменту особистості в умовах зростання вимог до самоорганізації та відповідальності. The study analyzes the application possibilities of ARIMA, Prophet, and XGBoost algorithms, as well as deep learning models such as LSTM, GRU, and hybrid approaches in operational planning processes.; У тезі розглянуто сучасні підходи до прогнозування попиту в логістичній та операційній діяльності підприємств в умовах цифрової трансформації та нестабільного ринкового середовища.
