Abstract

Antimony and bismuth-containing Nickel(II) and Copper(II) dioximates were synthesized, based on the data of elemental and X-ray phase analysis, magnetochemical, IR spectroscopic and thermogravimetric studies, established the composition and stated judgments on the coordination of ligands and stereochemistry of complexes. It is found that in the range 30-130 °C these substances have semiconductor properties, calculated parameters – temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) and sensitivity (B). It is found that an increase of the amount of antimony (3+) or bismuth (3+) ions leads to an increase of TCS and B.
