Abstract

Approaches to the definition of the concept «intellectual capital» aimed at its adaptation to the terms of activity of domestic enterprises .are considered The features of intellectual capital and its similarity and differences from physical capital are determined. The basic constituents of intellectual capital and their interaction are determined groups of indexes which correspond to the structure of intellectual capital of enterprise structure are represented. Basic directions of intellectual capital development as a competitive advantage of the enterprise are suggested.
