Abstract

Spectral polarimeter of image for diagnostics of materials of bio-medical origin has source of light radiation, polarizer and analyzer placed in rotary devices, sample under investigation, photo-receiver connected to output of computer, at that radiation source is connected to polarizer and photoreceiver is connected to analyzer. There are included system of objectives for non-invasire diagnostics, microcomtroller registration device, special processor for images processing and problem-directed expert system on basis of fuzzy logics, as radiation source re-adjustable mopnochromator is used, as photo-receiver CCD-chamber is used, at that system of objectives is connected to polarizer and analyzer and connected to sample under investigation, CCD chamber through micro-controller registration device is connected to input of computer, output of computer is connected top input of specialized processor for images processing, this is connected to problem-directed expert system on basis of fuzzy logic.
