Abstract

The article considers the inter-sectoral economic balance as a factor of influence on social and economic systems of countries at different evolutionary stages of development. The key macroeconomic indicators of transitive economic systems of post-Soviet countries are analyzed. Significance of a material component of real economy in the formation of high-quality development format of national economy as an economic system of the transition period is justified.
