Флуктуаційні характеристики перестроюваних квазігармонічних RC-автогенераторів

Abstract

Дана магістерська кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемам дослідження флуктуаційних характеристик перестроюваних квазігармонічних RC-автогенераторів. В роботі досліджені наближені методи розрахунків параметрів, стаціонарних режимів і флуктуаційних характеристик RC-автогенераторів. Проведений порівняльний аналіз різних схем RC- автогенераторів по режимних і флуктуаційних характеристиках. Розглянуті і досліджені режими роботи квазігармонічних RC-автогенераторів із системами автоматичного регулювання амплітуди. Досліджені режими роботи і основні характеристики перестроюваних квазігармонічних RC-автогенераторів керованих напругою. У середовищі схемотехнічного моделювання Multisim™ компанії National Instruments Corporation проведене дослідження розглянутих схем RC-автогенераторів. За отриманими результатами здійснений їх порівняльний аналіз, визначений найкращий варіант.This master's qualification thesis is devoted to problems of the research of fluctuation characteristics of the tunable quasi-harmonic RC-oscillators. In work approximate methods of calculations parameters, steady conditions and fluctuation characteristics of RC-oscillators are investigated. Comparative analysis of the different schemes RC-oscillators according to regime and fluctuation characteristics is carried out. Operating modes of quasi-harmonic RC-oscillators with the systems of automatic control of amplitude are considered and investigated. Operating modes and the main characteristics of the reconstructed quasi-harmonic RC-oscillators managed by tension are investigated. In the environment of circuitry modeling of Multisim™ of the National Instruments Corporation company the research of the considered schemes RC-oscillators is conducted. By the received results their comparative analysis, the certain best option is carried out.
