Оптимальне керування розосередженими джерелами енергії в локальній електричній системі

Abstract

Conditions of an optimality and optimum control methods by the dispersed sources of the electric power (DPS) on an instance of small hydro-power developments and their cascades in aggregate with the wind and solar power plants which controllability is restricted by agency of astable weather conditions are in-process observed. It is shown, that optimum control DPS can be carried out with use of principle of least action, and for automation of DPS optimum control in local electric system is possible and it is expedient to apply theory of similarity and modelling.
