Тепловологісна обробка бетонних виробів з використанням аеродинамічного нагрівання

Abstract

Розглянуто проблему великих втрат енергоресурсів при виробництві бетонних виробів із застосуванням технології прогріву тверднучої бетонної суміші задля прискорення процесу тверднення бетонних виробів та конструкцій. Описано спосіб розв’язання даної проблеми у вигляді технічного вирішення шляхом застосування установки, що працює на принципі аеродинамічного нагрівання повітря і пропарювання бетонних виробів парою, яка виробляється безпосередньо в установці.The problem of large energy losses in the production of concrete products with the application of the technology of heating the hardening concrete mixture is considered in order to accelerate the process of solidification of concrete products and structures.
